The shared inbox for teams.

Co-founders Mathilde Collin and Laurent Perrin launched Front at eFounders in 2014. Back then the vision was simple: allowing teams to collaborate on all incoming messages from customers by creating a shared inbox. And it works.

Making email multi-player was the first step. Expanding to social, chat, SMS, and calls the logical continuation. But creating a collaborative customer communication platform is the ultimate goal.

Companies are more than ever looking to get closer to their customers. To achieve excellence in care, support, and experience they need to access all of their interactions, and collaborate in a single, unified interface.

The Front team is dedicated to making this happen. Every day. The first eFounders company to be accepted at YC, Front has since based itself in the Bay area, at the heart of an ecosystem in which it thrives.

Meet the founders.

The Front co-founding team launched in 2014 and have successfully built a robust, collaborative email client from scratch as well as assembling an amazing team dedicated to making Front's clients happy.
